These bite-sized quesadilla bombs combine gooey cheese, crispy pepperoni, and buttery tortillas for a snack that’s quick, easy, and addictive.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Lay out your tortillas, shred the mozzarella cheese, and slice the pepperoni if needed.
  2. Place a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Add a small handful of shredded cheese and a few pepperoni slices to the center. Fold the tortilla edges over the filling, forming a compact pouch. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
  3. Lightly brush each quesadilla bomb with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  4. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the quesadilla bombs seam-side down in the pan. Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from the skillet and let cool slightly before serving. Pair with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the skillet—work in batches for even cooking. Use fresh butter for the best flavor and crispiness.
