  • 4 oz (115 g) softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup (30 g) grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tbsp (15 g) breadcrumbs (Panko or regular)
  • 2 tbsp (8 g) chopped fresh parsley
  • Olive oil for drizzling
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms: Gently wipe each mushroom with a damp paper towel to remove dirt. Remove the stems carefully and set them aside. You can chop the stems finely to add to the filling or discard them.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, and chopped fresh parsley. Mix until fully combined.
