A quick and easy high-protein breakfast that comes together in under 5 minutes. Creamy, rich, and satisfying, these overnight oats keep you full until lunch.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup rolled oats (45g)
  • ½ cup milk (120ml)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (60g)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (32g)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (12g)
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Add the dry ingredients to your jar: ½ cup rolled oats, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, and a pinch of salt. Give them a quick stir.
  2. Add the wet ingredients: ½ cup milk, ¼ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, and 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined, scraping the bottom and corners of the jar.
  4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight (8-12 hours).
  5. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If too thick, add a splash of milk.
  6. Add toppings of your choice (e.g., sliced banana, extra peanut butter, granola).
  7. Enjoy cold or at room temperature.

Notes

For best results, use rolled oats (not quick oats). Stir the oats again about 30 minutes after mixing if possible. Oats keep in the fridge for up to 5 days. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk, dairy-free yogurt, and maple syrup. For a chocolate peanut butter version, add 1 tablespoon cocoa powder.
