A quick and easy 3-ingredient smoothie that replicates the creamy, fruity Starbucks Pink Drink with frozen strawberries, coconut milk, and a touch of sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup (240ml) full-fat canned coconut milk
  • 12 tablespoons simple syrup or honey
  • Optional: 3-4 ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Optional: crushed freeze-dried strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients: 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 cup full-fat canned coconut milk, and 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup or honey.
  2. Combine the frozen strawberries and coconut milk in a blender, then drizzle the sweetener over the top. Add ice cubes if desired for extra chill or thickness.
  3. Blend on low speed, then increase to high for 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy with no chunks.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more syrup/honey or coconut milk as needed, then blend briefly again.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Garnish with crushed freeze-dried strawberries if desired.

Notes

Use full-fat coconut milk for best creamy texture. Use frozen strawberries directly from the freezer for chill and thickness. Blend gradually to avoid coconut milk separation. Adjust sweetness to taste. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 24 hours and stir before drinking.
