Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible from the skin (about 5 minutes).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and dried thyme.
  3. Rub the seasoning evenly over each thigh, making sure to get under the skin if possible.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and toss gently to coat.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
