  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pat 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 3 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 3 cloves minced garlic, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Whisk until well blended.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and toss gently to coat each piece evenly with the glaze. Reserve a little glaze for basting later if desired.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (204°C) for about 3 minutes.
  5. Place chicken thighs skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t crowded.
  6. Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 10 minutes.
  7. Flip thighs skin-side up, brush with reserved glaze if kept, then cook for another 10-12 minutes until skin is golden and crispy and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
