These Easy Mini Pepperoni Pizza Muffin Tin Bites are quick, cheesy, and perfect for kids. Made with crescent roll dough, pizza sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni, they’re ready in under 20 minutes and great for lunchboxes or after-school snacks.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 to 30 mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of garlic powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or vegetable oil.
  3. Open the crescent roll can and separate the dough into 8 triangles. Tear each triangle into pieces and press into the muffin cups, bringing the dough about halfway up the sides.
  4. Add about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each cup and spread gently.
  5. Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella (about 1 to 2 tablespoons) over the sauce.
  6. Place 2 to 3 mini pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  7. Add another small pinch of cheese on top of the pepperoni.
  8. Sprinkle a tiny pinch of Italian seasoning and garlic powder over each cup if using.
  9. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes, until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from oven and let cool in the tin for 2 to 3 minutes.
  11. Transfer to a cooling rack or plate and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Don’t overfill the cups with sauce to avoid sogginess. Let the bites rest in the tin for 2-3 minutes after baking to set. For a crispier bottom, use a dark metal muffin tin. If making a double batch, bake one tin at a time for even results.
