Ingredients

Scale
  • Medium-sized flour tortillas
  • Thinly sliced deli roast beef
  • Provolone cheese slices
  • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder. Heat over medium until simmering. Keep warm on low.
  3. Lay out the tortillas. Place 2-3 slices of roast beef across the middle of each tortilla. Top with a slice of provolone cheese and roll tightly.
  4. Melt butter and brush the outside of each roll up with it.
  5. Place roll ups seam-side down on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Slice roll ups into bite-sized pieces and serve warm with au jus dipping sauce.

Notes

Warm tortillas in the microwave to prevent cracking. Adjust au jus seasoning to taste. Use low-sodium ingredients to control saltiness.
