  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken breasts. Slice into 1-inch bite-sized pieces. Season lightly with salt and pepper. (About 5 minutes)
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, and lime juice until smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust heat or sweetness as desired. (About 5 minutes)
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a 10-12 inch non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces in a single layer and sear without moving for 3-4 minutes until golden crust forms.
