Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso: Prepare 1 oz (30 ml) of freshly brewed espresso and let it cool for a few minutes.
  2. Prepare the shaker: Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes—about halfway full.
  3. Add the ingredients: Pour 1 oz (30 ml) vodka, 1 oz (30 ml) coffee liqueur, 1 oz (30 ml) espresso, and 1 tablespoon salted caramel sauce into the shaker.
  4. Shake it up: Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds to create a frothy top.
  5. Strain and serve: Using a strainer, pour the cocktail into a chilled martini glass, keeping the foam intact.
