  • 8 slices cooked turkey
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced or mashed
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add bacon strips and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.
  2. Prepare the avocado: Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice into thin pieces or gently mash it with a fork for easier spreading.
  3. Slice the veggies: Thinly slice your tomato and lettuce. Set them aside on the cutting board for easy assembly.
  4. Warm the tortillas: If desired, warm your tortillas in the microwave for about 10 seconds or in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side. This makes them more pliable and easier to roll.
  5. Assemble the wrap: Lay the tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of mayonnaise across the center. Layer the turkey slices, bacon, avocado, tomato slices, and romaine lettuce on top.
  6. Season: Sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper over the ingredients for extra flavor.
  7. Roll it up: Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll tightly from the bottom. Cut in half for easier handling.
