  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the baguette lengthwise but don’t cut all the way through to create a pocket for the filling.
  3. Brush the inside of the baguette with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder. Place it on a baking sheet.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spoon the chicken-bacon-ranch mixture into the baguette, stuffing it generously.
  6. Top with additional shredded cheese if desired and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the baguette is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions for added freshness.
  8. Let the baguette cool for a minute, then slice into portions and serve warm.
