Instructions

  1. Measure out 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1/3 cup peanut butter. Wash and dry 2 large apples.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add Greek yogurt and peanut butter. If using honey or cinnamon, add them now. Whisk or stir until the mixture is creamy and light brown with no streaks.
  3. Slice apples into thin wedges or sticks. For prepping ahead, toss slices in a little lemon juice to prevent browning.
