This pumpkin cold foam recipe is a cozy, flavorful, and budget-friendly way to enjoy a seasonal twist on your coffee. Made with real pumpkin and warm spices, it’s perfect for fall mornings or gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup milk (whole milk, 2%, or dairy-free options like almond or oat milk)
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Measure out 1/2 cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup of milk, 2 tablespoons of pumpkin puree, 1-2 tablespoons of maple syrup (depending on your sweetness preference), 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
  4. Using your milk frother or blender, whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy. This should take about 30-60 seconds. (If using a whisk, it may take a few minutes.)
  5. Give your foam a taste and adjust for sweetness or spice if needed. Add a little extra maple syrup or cinnamon if desired.
  6. Pour your iced coffee into a glass, leaving a little room at the top. Slowly spoon the pumpkin cold foam over the coffee. Sprinkle a pinch of extra pumpkin pie spice on top for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

[‘For the fluffiest foam, make sure your heavy cream and milk are cold before you start.’, ‘Avoid overmixing to prevent the foam from deflating.’, ‘Maple syrup can be substituted with honey or flavored syrups like vanilla or caramel.’, ‘Use freshly ground spices or high-quality pumpkin pie spice for the best flavor.’, ‘Make the foam right before serving for the freshest taste and texture.’]
