These frozen gogurt popsicles are a quick, easy, and refreshing homemade treat perfect for game day or any warm day. Creamy, tangy, and lightly sweetened with fresh fruit and honey, they offer a cool, light snack alternative.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 6 flavored gogurt tubes (about 1 cup or 240 ml)
  • 1 cup fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or diced peaches)
  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and pat dry fresh fruit. Hull and slice strawberries or dice peaches into 1/4-inch chunks.
  2. In a medium bowl, squeeze the contents of 6 flavored gogurt tubes (about 1 cup or 240 ml).
  3. Add 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup if desired, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract if using. Whisk gently until combined but not frothy.
  4. Stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds if using. Let sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  5. Spoon about 1/3 of the gogurt mixture into each popsicle mold. Add a few pieces of fresh fruit, then top with remaining gogurt mixture. Tap molds gently to release air bubbles.
  6. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until solid.
  7. To unmold, dip molds briefly in warm water for 5-10 seconds and gently pull out popsicles. Serve immediately or keep frozen.

Notes

Slightly soften gogurt tubes in warm water before squeezing for easier mixing. Leave about 1/4 inch headspace in molds to prevent cracking. For a marbled effect, layer gogurt and fruit with partial freezing between layers. Use silicone molds for easier unmolding. Store popsicles in airtight container up to 2 weeks.
